6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—
7 which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be accursed! 9 As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be accursed. Galatians 1 Mohammed who claims to have received the word of God (the Qur’anic “revelations”) through the Angel Gabriel claims to confirm the Gospel of Christ. Is this true, or did he contradict Christ and preach another Gospel “which is really no Gospel at all”?
The Bible tells us to test the Spirits to see if they are of God.
1…because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,
3 but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.
1 John 4
Mohammed: They do blaspheme who say: "Allah is Christ the son of Mary." (Qu'ran 5:72) Jesus: “I and the Father are one”. (John 10:30)
Mohammed: “but they killed him not, nor crucified him,” (Qu'ran 4:157) Bible: For he was crucified in weakness, but lives by the power of God. (2 Corinthians 13:4)
Mohammed: “They do blaspheme who say: Allah is one of three in a Trinity:” (Qu'ran 5:73) Jesus: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (Mathew 28:19)
Mohammed: Take not my enemies and yours as friends,- offering them love, (Qu'ran 60:1) Jesus: I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you (Mathew 5:44)
Mohammed: When We substitute one revelation for another,- and Allah knows best what He reveals (in stages),- they say, "Thou art but a forger" (Qu'ran 16:101) Jesus: heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. (Mathew 24:35)
Mohammed: Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong (Qu'ran 3:110) Bible: As it is written: "None is righteous, no, not one" (Romans 3:10)
Mohammed: Allah forbids you not form being kind to those who have not wronged you (Qu'ran 60:8) Jesus: For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? (Mathew 5:46)
Do they not consider the Qur'an (with care)? Had it been from other Than Allah, they would surely have found therein Much discrepancy. (Qur’an 4:82)
Let us take the Qur’ans advice and follow it with care to see if it is indeed from God.
The Qur'an claims that Jesus’ mother Mary, was the daughter of Amran and the sister of Aaron.
At length she brought the (babe) to her people, carrying him (in her arms). They said: "O MARY! truly an amazing thing hast thou brought! "O SISTER OF AARON! Thy father was not a man of evil, nor thy mother a woman unchaste!" But she pointed to the babe. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?" Qur’an 19:27-29
And MARY THE DAUGHTER OF IMRAN, who guarded her chastity; and We breathed into (her body) of Our spirit; and she testified to the truth of the words of her Lord and of His Revelations, and was one of the devout (servants). Qur’an 66:12
The Bible does mention a woman named “Miriam” who was the daughter of Amran and sister of Aaron, but she lived about 1400 years prior to Mary the mother Jesus.
59 The name of Amram's wife was Joch'ebed the daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt; and she bore to Amram Aaron and Moses and Miriam their sister (Numbers 26)
In an attempt to explain this blunder some Muslims have claimed that the Qur'an is talking about wider clan relationships. But if we look at the following Quranic verses we see that this argument does not hold water.
Remember when the wife of 'Imran said: My Lord! I have vowed unto Thee that which is in my belly as a consecrated (offering). Accept it from me. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Hearer, the Knower! And when she was delivered she said: My Lord! Lo! I am delivered of a female - Allah knew best of what she was delivered - the male is not as the female; and lo! I have named her Mary, and lo! I crave Thy protection for her and for her offspring from Satan the outcast. (Qur’an 3:35-36)
The Qur'an explicitly claims that Mary’s mother was the WIFE of Amran. Surely when we talk about a husband and wife relationship we are not talking about wider hereditary lineages.

What is the punishment for adultery/fornication?
Is it a mere hundred lashed?
The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment.(Qur'an 24:2)
Or is it death?
If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, Take the evidence of four (Reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to houses until death do claim them, or Allah ordain for them some (other) way. (Qur'an 4:15)

Does the Quran advocate compulsion in religion?
Quran 2:256 states: "Let there be no compulsion in religion"
This verse is often quoted out of context by Muslims. A detailed reading of the Quran shows that there are all sorts of compulsion in Islam, for example:
"Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued" Quran 9:29.

What about Jews and Christians?
"Surely those who believe and those who are Jews and the Sabians and the Christians whoever believes in Allah and the last day and does good-- they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve" Quran 5:69
or:
"And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers. " Quran 3:85
We can conclude that the Quran fails its own test. It is full of inconsistencies and errors.
Thus it is quite clearly not from God.
